When you join us at The French Retreat, you will experience four magical days and three restful nights of learning to look at yourself with new, loving eyes. ABOUT THE VENUE
The French Retreat is a holistic retreat centre nestled in the peaceful countryside of South Western France.
About an hour from Bordeaux or Bergerac airport, or a train journey from Paris, the house is surrounded by sunflower fields, so you can take a wander or borrow a bike, find a sunset to marvel over and drink in the limitless space.
The farmhouse has been lovingly renovated, with simple, chic bedrooms, cosy communal areas and multiple indoor and outdoor spaces for you to relax and unwind.
There are six bedrooms in the beautiful converted barn, all with ensuite bathrooms, French doors onto the gardens for those on the ground floor, and beautiful views from every window. These rooms are available as either twin or single occupancy.
We also have use of the main French farmhouse, where there are two more larger rooms with their own bathrooms.
The course is priced £750 and includes
